Our business is engaged in meat trading of all species: poultry, beef, pork, goat and horse, game and fresh and cooked meat products.
The art of haute rotisserie
Gelmino Rubin in order to put into practice the experience gained from many years of meat processing, decided in the 1960s to invent the street sale of meat products with vehicles set up for rotisserie.
Specializing in meats for over 60 years
1984: breakthrough year. The Rubin family decides to move from street trading to the actual processing and transformation of poultry products, with the establishment of an artisanal plant.
Handmade
Over the years, in addition to meat cooking, the company with its own laboratory and chefs has specialized in the creation of ready meals following the typical Veneto tradition.

ROSTITCHERY
Rubin Food evokes the flavors of tradition with its own family seasonings that are added one by one on the various cuts of meat every morning at dawn before beginning the very slow cooking on the rotisserie.
The selection is varied, you will find chicken and rabbit legs, pork or turkey shanks, pork ribs and sausages, handmade rolls with a boneless chicken overbelly, rolled with a slice of bacon, handcrafted skewers of mixed meats, and ending with our free-range chicken.
FRIGITORY
Our fry house offers a wide range of products, from fried fish with squid rings, shrimp, cuttlefish, cod fillets, cape sante, surimi, acqua delle, fish fritters, crab claws, cod bites, flounder fillets and sardines.
In side dishes you can find: breaded mozzarellas, olives ascolane, battered vegetables, eggplant balls, onion rings, panzerotti, chicken fillets au gratin, chicken patties with various fillings, and spicy chicken strips.
GASTRONOMY
Rubin Food offers a wide selection of first courses every day. Different lasagnas such as bolognese lasagna, vegetable lasagna, radicchio lasagna, Sorrento lasagna, seafood lasagna or the legendary eggplant parmigiana. Very light crepes with salmon, radicchio or asparagus. Traditionally from the Veneto region, you cannot miss baccalà alla vicentina, baccalà mantecato, sardines and shrimp in saor.
The kitchen also offers baked fish dishes such as salmon fillet, sea bass fillet or sea bream fillet, and monkfish tails.
In the winter period don't miss our ossobuco and veal cheeks stew. Always present, on the other hand, are our side dishes with seasonal vegetables and other numerous products to discover.

Rubin Food provides the new range of organic packaging with the ability to reheat dishes in the oven or microwave according to the customer's needs.
